Property Manager – Property Management

Location: Santa Fe, NM 87507

Pay: $23/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Job Type: Full‑Time

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer‑focused Property Manager to oversee daily operations at our Santa Fe community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with residents, coordinating maintenance needs, and ensuring the property is well‑maintained and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations and resident relations
• Oversee leasing, renewals, and move‑in/move‑out processes
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
• Ensure the property remains clean, safe, and compliant
• Handle rent collection, notices, and basic financial tracking
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Support a positive, professional environment for residents and staff

Qualifications

• Property management or leasing experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Professional, friendly, and dependable
• Basic computer proficiency (property management software a plus)
• Ability to work independently and follow company procedures
