About the Role

We’re searching for a high‑caliber Maintenance Supervisor with a proven track record in property management.

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead maintenance staff, ensure timely repairs, and uphold the highest standards of safety, service, and property upkeep.

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Maintenance Supervisor with success in property management or multi‑family housing
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide a maintenance team
• Solid understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Someone dependable, proactive, and committed to quality work

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support maintenance technicians
• Manage work orders, preventative maintenance, and unit turns
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and property policies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑functioning community
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and management
