Groundskeeper – Property Management

Location: Albuquerque, NM 87113

Pay: $22/hour

Schedule: Full‑Time

We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our community. If you take pride in keeping outdoor spaces looking their best, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive property management team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, landscaping, and outdoor common areas
• Perform routine lawn care: mowing, trimming, raking, watering
• Remove trash and debris from property grounds
• Assist with minor exterior repairs and upkeep
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
• Support seasonal tasks such as snow/ice removal or planting
• Ensure the property remains clean, safe, and welcoming for residents

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
