ERP & BI Developer – Progress OpenEdge

We're looking for a versatile developer to support ERP and business intelligence systems across a range of businesses. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to work with various platforms and tools.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and enhance ERP solutions using Progress OpenEdge ABL
• Develop system integrations and assist with data migrations
• Support users with troubleshooting, data access, and security
• Design BI tools using SQL Server (SSMS, SSIS, SSRS), and create reports, dashboards, and ETL processes
• Work closely with stakeholders to turn business needs into technical solutions
• Coordinate multiple projects and maintain software reliability

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years with OpenEdge ABL and T-SQL
• Strong background in ETL and reporting tools (SSRS/Power BI a plus)
• Familiarity with scripting, web technologies, and Linux environments
• Experience in manufacturing ERP (QAD preferred)

• Occasional after-hours support
• Minimal travel (up to 5%)
