Regional Maintenance Manager – Multifamily | Memphis, TN

Oversee 6 communities | ~1,400 units | Hands-on leadership role

Are you a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance operations across six multifamily communities in Memphis, TN. This is a full-time, in-person role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive results across multiple sites.

~1,400 total units in South/Southeast Memphis (All properties within 6 miles of each other)

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily maintenance operations across all communities
• Travel between sites to support on-site teams and complete work orders
• Diagnose and perform repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Manage and execute unit turns to meet leasing deadlines
• Oversee larger capital projects (roofing, siding, kitchen/bath renovations)
• Ensure Yardi maintenance boards are up to date and emergency work orders are resolved quickly
• Provide hands-on support and training to maintenance staff
• Partner with the Regional Property Manager to plan and prioritize work across the portfolio

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Multi-Site Maintenance Manager
• Strong technical skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Confident leadership style with the ability to coach and guide teams
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software
• Highly organized and results-driven with excellent communication skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
