Title: IT Infrastructure Project Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the design and planning of data centers and office technology spaces. This role blends technical expertise with project management to deliver high-performing, efficient infrastructure solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Design & Planning: Create floor plans, equipment layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD. Ensure designs meet performance, efficiency, and industry standards.
• Power & Cooling: Design power distribution and cooling systems, calculate power/heat loads, and optimize for reliability and energy efficiency.
• Connectivity: Develop cabling layouts for both data centers and office environments. Ensure proper cable management and high-speed network connectivity.
• Project Management: Define scope, budget, and timelines with cross-functional teams. Identify and solve design challenges to ensure successful delivery.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of designs, audits, and project documentation. Support ongoing updates to internal standards and best practices.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure design, power and cooling, and cabling
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of TIA cabling standards and ASHRAE 9.9 cooling guidelines
• Familiarity with CommScope Systimax products and Fluke test tools

Bonus Points:

• RCDD or CDCP/CDCDP certifications
• Experience with AutoLISP scripting or DCIM tools (Sunbird dcTrack is a plus)

Estimated pay range: $125,000 - $160,000
