We Are Seeking Leasing Consultants with Tax Credit / Affordable Housing Experience!

Special Note: These individuals must be well-versed in Section 8 and LIHTC recertifications and processes, as this will be their primary assignment.

Leasing Job Duties:

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents
• Administrative support: answering phones, filing, making coffee, etc.
• Provide top-tier customer service, assist with service requests
• Tour community and highlight property features
• Handle leasing paperwork and application completion
• Support marketing efforts and resident events
• Assist Property Manager with compliance tasks for financing programs such as Tax Credit, Bond Compliance, HUD, and more

Qualifications:

• Experience with Section 8 and LIHTC recertifications required
• Minimum of 6 months of leasing experience preferred
• Familiarity with leasing software (Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Reliable transportation
• Team player with a friendly, service-oriented approach
• Detail-oriented and dependable with a strong work ethic
