About the Role: Make-Ready / Punch Technician

As a Make-Ready Technician, you'll play a vital role in preparing apartments for new residents. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with tools, solving problems, and ensuring homes are in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remove trash and debris from recently vacated units
• Replace bulbs, filters, and locks
• Install appliances and perform general punch repairs
• Conduct light electrical and plumbing fixes
• Perform interior and exterior painting, caulking, and drywall repair
• Pressure wash breezeways and common areas
• Ensure units meet inspection standards for move-in readiness

What You Need to Succeed:

• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Willingness to assist with various community tasks
• Basic hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.)
• Power tools are a plus
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
• A friendly, team-oriented attitude and customer service mindset
