Leasing Consultant Opportunity:

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be responsible for showcasing and leasing apartment homes to prospective residents while providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents, providing tours of apartment homes and community amenities
• Accurately complete lease applications and supporting paperwork
• Maintain organized records and assist with general administrative tasks (answering phones, filing, etc.)
• Address resident inquiries and concerns, and submit service requests as needed
• Participate in marketing efforts and assist with community events and resident engagement
• Ensure a professional, customer-focused environment at all times

Requirements:

• Active New Jersey Real Estate License (required)
• At least 6 months of apartment or multifamily leasing experience
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or BlueMoon (preferred)
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and a team-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
