Help Desk Support Technician

Location: Memphis, TN (Hybrid)

Schedule: Full-Time (2–3 days onsite per week, alternating)


We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Help Desk Support Technician to assist users across multiple locations with IT support and troubleshooting. This role involves maintaining end-user devices, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone and email with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PCs, Macs, printers, handheld devices, and other hardware.
  • Support remote locations and manage multiple tickets using standard tracking tools.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, with emphasis on macOS.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong experience supporting macOS and integrated systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
