RN Center Director

Location: Washington, D.C.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

We are seeking a dedicated RN Center Director to lead daily operations at our ambulatory surgery center. This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
• Supervise nursing staff and manage HR and credentialing processes.
• Collaborate with medical directors, board members, and leadership teams.
• Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
• Manage vendor services and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor budgets and promote cost-effective resource use.

Qualifications

• RN license in Washington, D.C.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 1+ year of healthcare management experience.
• 1+ year of experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
• CPR and ACLS certifications.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
