Location: Longview, TX

Pay:

• Property Manager: $24–$25/hr
• Leasing Consultant: $17–$18/hr

Property Manager Overview:

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic leader? Do you love creating a positive environment and achieving goals? We're seeking experienced Property Managers ready to take charge of community operations and team success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with residents and resolve concerns
• Tour apartment homes with prospects
• Oversee marketing, leasing, renewals, and retention
• Budget planning and invoice processing
• Complete monthly financial reports
• Lead and motivate your on-site team
• Enforce move-out and eviction processes
• Maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction

Requirements:

• Experience managing multifamily apartment communities
• Working knowledge of Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, or similar software
• Fair Housing understanding is a must
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills
• Dependable transportation
• Team player with a proactive mindset

Leasing Consultant Overview:

Are you outgoing, customer-focused, and goal-driven? As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first impression and go-to contact for potential residents—helping them find their perfect home while supporting leasing goals.

Duties Include:

• Touring apartment homes
• Answering phone/email inquiries
• Leasing and marketing to potential residents
• Preparing lease documents
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Assisting with resident retention
