Are you a hands-on problem solver with HVAC certification and a passion for property operations? BGSF is hiring a Certified Maintenance Technician for a short-term assignment with a well-known apartment community in San Angelo, TX. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Troubleshoot and complete apartment service requests
• Perform HVAC-related repairs and diagnostics
• Handle plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Complete unit turns, including painting and light drywall work
• Maintain exterior property appearance: power washing, leaf blowing, trash pick-up
• Assist with pool maintenance (CPO license preferred)

What You Need to Bring:

• EPA/HVAC certification required
• CPO license preferred
• Solid experience in apartment maintenance or similar trade work
• Your own basic hand tools (power tools a plus)
• Strong reliability, team focus, and a can-do attitude
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable transportation
