Maintenance Technician

Location: San Jose, CA

Pay: $24–$26/hr (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Assignment Type: Temporary

BGSF is a staffing firm that partners with top property management companies to connect talented individuals with great opportunities. We are hiring Maintenance Technicians to join our team and provide hands-on support at top apartment communities in the San Jose area.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete work orders for repairs and maintenance promptly
• Perform light plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and appliance repairs
• Assist with unit turns and general property upkeep
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications

• 1+ years of apartment, building, or commercial maintenance experience preferred
• Basic tools required; power tools a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift 40–50 lbs
• CPO, EPA, or HVAC certification a plus (not required)
