Leasing Consultant – Gilroy, CA

Pay: $25/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Assignment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing inquiries
• Process applications and prepare lease agreements
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with property policies
• Utilize property management software for daily tasks
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily/property management required
• Proficiency in property management software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to start immediately and work full-time
