Leasing Consultant

Location: Temecula, CA

Pay: $23/hour

Schedule: Saturday–Wednesday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Assignment Type: Contract/Temp

Job Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and provide exceptional customer service
• Conduct apartment tours and explain leasing options
• Process applications and prepare lease agreements
• Utilize property management software (Yardi or similar)
• Answer phones and respond to resident inquiries promptly

Requirements

• Previous leasing experience required
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work weekends (Saturday–Wednesday schedule)
