Experienced Leasing Consultant – Contract/Temp Assignment

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Weekend availability required

Join a dynamic property team and help prospective residents find their perfect home! As an Experienced Leasing Consultant, you’ll provide exceptional customer service, ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, and utilize property management software to keep operations running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents
• Conduct property tours and explain leasing options
• Process applications and verify qualifications
• Utilize property management software for data entry
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience required
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Familiarity with property management software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and professionally
