We are seeking dependable Maintenance Technicians to join the team at two multifamily communities totaling 800+ units. Both entry-level and mid-level positions are available based on experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• Support the turn process by preparing apartments for new residents
• Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry issues
• Ensure community areas and amenities are safe, clean, and operational
• Participate in on-call emergency rotation

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of maintenance experience (entry level) or 3+ years (mid-level)
• Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and/or carpentry
• Customer-focused with a “can-do” attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• EPA certification preferred for mid-level
