What You Will Do:

  • Act as a ServiceNow IRM and regulatory compliance SME, shaping strategy and delivering end-to-end IRM solutions across the ServiceNow platform
  • Convert complex operational, compliance, and risk requirements into cohesive ServiceNow IRM configurations and related solutions
  • Lead the architecture and deployment of IRM modules—Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk, and Business Continuity
  • Customize and expand ServiceNow IRM components to automate controls, workflow processes, regulatory reporting, monitoring, and risk assessments
  • Provide expert technical direction on IRM best practices and support enterprise regulatory compliance use cases
  • Build dashboards and reporting capabilities to track compliance metrics, control performance, risk indicators, and audit readiness
  • Work closely with compliance, legal, and risk partners to interpret regulatory obligations and embed them into IRM processes

Qualifications Need:

  • US Citizenship
  • Active secret clearance or the ability to obtain a secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working with risk platforms and regulatory reporting technologies
  • At least SEVEN (7) years of overall experience, including FIVE (5) years on ServiceNow and TWO (2) years using IRM modules
  • Minimum THREE (3) years applying regulatory frameworks within risk environments
  • ServiceNow CSA and IRM Implementation Specialist certifications
  • Hands-on experience guiding clients on regulatory compliance via ServiceNow IRM or similar tools
  • Familiarity with major compliance and control frameworks (NIST, NERC, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS)

Nice To Have:

  • Proven ability to navigate challenges where regulatory rules intersect with ServiceNow technical capabilities
  • Knowledge of federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, FedRAMP, SOX, NIST, SOC) and NERC CIP utility standards
  • Professional compliance certifications (CISA, CISM, CIA, etc.)
  • Additional industry-specific compliance credentials
  • Exposure to federal, state, and local regulatory environments
  • Experience in utilities, energy, or critical infrastructure sectors
  • Background supporting government agencies or public-sector clients
