Summary:

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the analysis, design, implementation, and day-to-day functionality of enterprise applications. This role partners closely with business operations to translate needs into effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals
• Gather and document business requirements; translate to technical teams
• Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analysis for system enhancements
• Identify process improvement opportunities and resolve functional issues
• Support complex business processes and participate on multiple project teams
• Serve as the bridge between business users and IT to deliver scalable solutions
• Create and maintain documentation for systems and processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
• 8–10 years of Business Systems Analyst experience
• Ability to read/interpret basic programming logic
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality technical and business solutions

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SS&C Chorus (formerly AWD)
• Experience in BPM workflow environments
• Blue Prism experience is a plus but not required
• Candidates without Chorus experience cannot be considered
