BG Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Groundskeeper/Janitor to support a residential community in Belleville, MI. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick up litter and maintain cleanliness of community grounds
• Clean and organize dumpster and trash areas
• Clean leasing office and restrooms
• Clean and maintain the laundry room
• Perform general janitorial and light groundskeeping duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and follow directions
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, and lifting
• Prior janitorial or groundskeeping experience preferred, but not required
