Full-Time | Property Management

We’re hiring an experienced Make‑Ready Technician to join our property management team in the Austin 78741 area. If you know how to turn units quickly, handle repairs with confidence, and deliver clean, move‑in‑ready homes, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete full make‑ready turns for vacant units
• Perform general repairs including fixtures, hardware, and minor maintenance
• Paint interiors with clean, professional results
• Replace or repair sheetrock when needed
• Ensure units meet company quality standards before move‑in
• Communicate progress and needs with the office and maintenance team
• Maintain tools, supplies, and a safe work environment

Qualifications

• Experience required — must have proven make‑ready or maintenance background
• Strong skills in repair, painting, and sheetrock work
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks on schedule
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and takes pride in quality work
• Able to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks as needed

Pay & Schedule

• $19 per hour
• Full-time position
