Job Title: Production Analyst

Overview:

We’re seeking a Production Analyst to support and improve key business applications. This role involves analyzing user needs, aligning IT solutions with business goals, and ensuring effective daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions.
• Translate business requirements for developers.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for system changes.
• Support complex business processes and multiple projects.
• Act as the bridge between business teams and IT.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Basic understanding of programming logic.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with font licensing, PDF creation, and Adobe Experience Manager.
• Exposure to shared infrastructure (on-prem and PaaS).
• Background in incident and problem management.
