Part-Time Leasing Consultant (Experience REQUIRED)

Location: Brownsville, TX

Pay: $15–$16/hour

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant with prior experience to join our client’s community in Brownsville, TX. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and ready to hit the ground running! This is a great opportunity to work a steady part-time schedule while gaining valuable on-site experience.

Leasing Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents
• Show and lease apartment homes
• Complete applications and lease paperwork
• Submit maintenance/service requests
• Answer phones and handle administrative tasks
• Support marketing efforts and resident events
• Ensure excellent customer service and professionalism

Job Requirements:

• Previous leasing experience is REQUIRED (minimum 6 months in apartment or multifamily setting)
• Fair Housing knowledge required
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, etc.)
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to follow direction and work independently or on a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
