Location: Hamilton, OH Pay: $17-18/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday and flexible to work Saturdays

We are actively seeking a Leasing Consultant with strong Tax Credit / Section 42 experience, specifically someone who understands how to work the files from start to finish. If you’ve got OneSite experience, are detail-oriented, and have a customer-first attitude—we want to talk to you!


Position Overview:

This role will focus heavily on completing and managing Tax Credit (LIHTC/Section 42) paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with affordable housing regulations. While your primary responsibility will be working on files, you may also be called on to assist with leasing and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete and maintain Tax Credit (Section 42) files in accordance with compliance requirements
  • Ensure proper documentation, certifications, and re-certifications are completed accurately and on time
  • Step in to assist with leasing duties as needed, including:
    • Conducting tours and leasing apartment homes
    • Answering phones and managing resident inquiries
    • Supporting community marketing efforts
    • Filing paperwork and assisting with general office duties
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager and Compliance team
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
  • Saturday availability is required

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Strong Tax Credit / Section 42 (LIHTC) experience and understanding of file processing
  • Familiarity with OneSite, Yardi, or other leasing software
  • Experience working in affordable housing environments
  • Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws
  • At least 6 months of leasing or multifamily housing experience REQUIRED
  • Dependable transportation and strong work ethic
  • A collaborative spirit and willingness to assist wherever needed
