Maintenance & Turn Technician

Pay: $19.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

BG Staffing is hiring a reliable and hardworking Maintenance & Turn Technician to support a residential community. This role is perfect for a hands-on professional experienced in unit turns and general maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete apartment unit turns (make-readies) for new residents
• Perform general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and repairs
• Assist with service requests and work orders as needed
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and meet quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the property

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance or turn technician experience preferred
• Must have your own tools
• Must have reliable transportation (vehicle required)
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Dependable and punctual
