Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician

Pay: $22.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

BG Staffing is seeking a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician with proven field experience to join a residential community. We’re looking for a dependable, skilled professional who takes pride in quality work and strong communication with onsite teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC-related maintenance and repairs (certification required)
• Complete apartment unit turns (make-readies)
• Respond to service requests and work orders efficiently
• Handle general maintenance tasks as assigned by the Property Manager
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning property

Qualifications:

• Certification required (HVAC or relevant maintenance certification)
• Several years of proven experience in apartment maintenance
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and general maintenance practices
• Ability to follow direction and communicate effectively with onsite staff
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
