Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Leasing Professional to join our HUD-regulated Senior Living Community in Carmichael, CA. This role is ideal for a candidate who has a strong background in affordable housing compliance and is passionate about serving seniors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage leasing activities in a HUD senior housing community
• Process applications, certifications, and recertifications in compliance with HUD and Tax Credit regulations
• Maintain accurate resident files and ensure compliance with all program requirements
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with occupancy goals and community retention

Qualifications

• Required: Proven experience working at a HUD and/or Tax Credit (LIHTC) property
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with senior communities is a plus
