Property Manager

Property Location: Brownsburg, IN

Salary: $80,000–$100,000

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee a well-maintained multifamily community.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong operational leader who thrives in a resident-focused environment and knows how to drive property performance, lead teams, and maintain high community standards.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all daily operations of a 240-unit multifamily community
• Lead and support onsite leasing and maintenance teams
• Drive occupancy, resident retention, and overall property performance
• Manage budgets, collections, reporting, vendor relationships, and expense control
• Ensure excellent curb appeal and community standards are consistently maintained
• Build strong resident relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
• Oversee work orders, unit turns, inspections, and preventative maintenance processes
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and all company policies and procedures
• Partner closely with leadership to achieve operational goals

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of multifamily Property Management experience preferred
• Experience overseeing Leasing Consultants and Maintenance Technicians strongly preferred
• Strong operational, leadership, and resident relations experience
• Proven ability to manage occupancy, collections, and financial performance
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with property management software.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
