🗓 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

BG Staffing is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Apartment Leasing Consultant to join a residential community in Indianapolis, IN. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced leasing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing inquiries
• Process applications, leases, and follow-ups with prospects
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents
• Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries promptly
• Help maintain leasing traffic and assist with marketing efforts
• Support the property management team with daily office operations

Qualifications:

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, upbeat, and organized
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management software is a plus
